1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Ghost Filter Prank website, generator, account area and related digital services. It does not cover third-party sites that we link to, such as TikTok, Google or Waffo Pancake.
2. Information we handle
- Portraits and generation data: the image you choose, generation settings, provider job identifiers, status and generated output. Your browser preview stays local until you start generation.
- Account data: if you sign in, information supplied by the identity provider, such as name, email address, profile image and account identifier.
- Payment data: order, product, amount, currency and payment-status information supplied by Waffo Pancake or another identified processor. We do not receive your full card number.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs, security events, cookies, session data and site interactions.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide previews, submit generation jobs and deliver results;
- authenticate accounts and maintain sessions;
- process orders, confirm payment and prevent duplicate fulfillment;
- secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service;
- prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited uses;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How information is shared
We share information only as needed with service providers that support the Service, including Cloudflare for delivery and security, Google for optional sign-in, our database and object-storage providers, the configured AI generation provider, Waffo Pancake for payment processing, and analytics providers when enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell your portrait or personal information.
5. Storage and retention
A selected portrait is previewed in your browser before submission. After you start generation, the portrait and job data are transmitted to the configured providers and may be stored long enough to process the job, deliver the result, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention may differ by provider and data type. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, security and backup requirements.
6. Cookies and local storage
The Service may use cookies or browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences and basic measurement. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling necessary storage may prevent account or generator features from working.
7. Your choices
You can choose not to submit a portrait, avoid creating an account, or stop using the Service. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
For requests connected to a purchase, use the merchant support channel displayed by Waffo Pancake at checkout or in your order receipt. Include the order identifier, but do not send card details or sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
9. Adults only
The generator is intended for adults aged 18 or older and accepts only portraits of adults. Do not submit information or images relating to a minor.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service and its providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. For a privacy question or rights request, use the merchant contact channel displayed by Waffo Pancake at checkout or in your order receipt.
