1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Ghost Filter Prank (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the generator.
2. What the Service does
The Service lets you upload one adult portrait and submit it to a third-party AI generation workflow. The current product uses a fixed Ghost Filter Prank template: the foreground person may change while the ghost, bathroom scene, action order, camera movement and template audio remain tied to that template.
Features, output quality, generation time and availability may change. A local preview or sample does not guarantee that a generation job will complete or match your expectations.
3. Your content and permission
You keep ownership of the portrait and other content you provide. You give us a limited permission to host, process, transmit and transform that content only as needed to operate the Service, provide the result, prevent abuse and comply with law.
You may upload only a portrait of yourself or an adult who clearly authorized this use. You are responsible for having all necessary rights and consent. Do not upload minors, intimate content, private information, copyrighted material you cannot use, or images intended for impersonation, fraud, harassment or deception.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law or violate another person’s rights;
- create deceptive impersonations or misleading endorsements;
- harass, threaten, exploit or sexualize any person;
- probe, disrupt, overload or bypass security or usage controls;
- resell access or use automated traffic without written permission.
We may block, remove or refuse content or access when reasonably needed to protect people, the Service or third parties.
5. Accounts
If account features are available, you are responsible for your login session and activity. Sign-in may be provided by Google or another identity provider. Notify us through the merchant support channel shown in your checkout or order receipt if you believe your account or order has been used without permission.
6. Prices, payments and digital delivery
Prices and included render counts are shown before purchase. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Waffo Pancake or another identified payment provider. Their checkout terms may also apply. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Generation is a digital service. Checkout may remain unavailable while provider costs, failed-render handling, expiration and refund rules are being verified. When purchasing is enabled, the price, delivery scope, failed-render treatment and refund terms presented at checkout form part of these terms. Review them before paying.
7. Third-party services and source media
The Service may rely on third parties for hosting, identity, storage, AI generation, payments and analytics, and may link to source posts on TikTok. We do not control third-party services or guarantee that they will remain available. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, interface, branding and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Third-party names, posts, audio and media remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or harm caused by your use of generated content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the Service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. For a purchase, billing or legal question, use the merchant contact channel displayed by Waffo Pancake at checkout or in your order receipt so the request can be matched to the correct order.
